A 4-year-old child needs to undergo major heart surgery.

Kiris Supana, four, was suffering from a high fever four days after she was born. Doctors stated that she had jaundice and was weak. She was back home after being treated. After one week, when Kiris was playing, her parents noticed that Kiris was getting breathless and her face and fingers turned blue.

Kiris was rushed to the nearest hospital. However, they couldn't help. Later on, she was referred to another hospital where the doctors examined and diagnosed Kiris with a heart disease called Tetralogy of Fallot where the blood flow in the heart was abnormal due to the heart not forming correctly in the womb.

The 4-year old has to go through a painful series of heart surgeries to fix this problem. When she was eight months old, she went through surgery to enhance the blood flow in her heart. At the age of 2 years old, she underwent another operation for her heart valve correction. Kiris tested positive for COVID before the next surgery, so the procedure was postponed.

For the upcoming surgery, the child needs a fund of RM80,000.
