Please Help A One-Year-Old Baby Girl! 

A one-year-old baby girl is suffering a heart failure called Coarctation of the Aorta. This condition happens because the main artery is narrowing and it is affecting Low Xin Yu's oxygen level.

Back in April 2020, Low Xin Yu was born at KPJ Ipoh and everything was normal but unfortunately, on the fourth day of her birth, the doctor identified her abnormal heartbeat. 

KPJ's Dr. Lau mentioned that the surgery needs to be done immediately. He told that her condition needs to be monitored as they are expecting her affected heart artery to enlarge as she grows. 

Her parents need to bring her to KPJ Ipoh every 3-4 months to check her heart’s condition.

But the heart’s condition is still in the same state and as Xin Yu grew up, she often had the difficulty of breathing and sometimes her face turned blue due to lack of oxygen.

The doctor insisted on referring her case to Gleneagles KL to undergo her surgery .

However, Mr.Seong Lih (Low Xin Yu’s father) has been informed that the surgery needs to be done by early December 2021 and the surgery needs to be performed by 2 doctors as it is a very high risk case.

The total cost for heart surgery is RM30,000.

Her father can't bear the cost because of the surgery due to commitments and he's the only breadwinner of the family. They currently need our financial assistance for their daughter's surgery.
