Hafizah’s condition is too heartbreaking

What's worse is that, when she plays or cries, her lips and nails turn blue due to lack of oxygen.

Hafizah is a 1-year and 8-months child who is struggling Congenital Heart Defect which is called Tetralogy of Fallot.

She was warded in NICU for 5 months due to lots of complications such as her right eye being smaller, dietary & respiratory tracts becoming narrow. When she was 3 months old, she underwent surgery to normalize her dietary tracts.

But at the same time, the doctor scanned that she has a big hole in her heart & it was enlarged.

The doctor suggested to her parents that their baby needs to undergo heart surgery quickly before it’s too late. But her parents requested to postpone the surgery due to Hafizah’s weight is not 8kg yet.

However, the family could not afford to pay the cost of the surgery because her father is an operator of a fish factory & his salary is RM32 a day and it depends on the production.

The lesser the production, the lesser the salary. Her mother is just a housewife and they need to support a son, who is 3 years old, and Hafizah.

The hospital bill currently stands at RM80,000.
